Live selling is the art of presenting, demonstrating and selling products in real time through a live video stream. It blends retail, entertainment, product education and human connection.
At its best, live selling feels less like a pitch and more like a helpful conversation. The presenter shows the product, answers questions, handles doubts, creates energy and helps the viewer decide with confidence.
After three decades in live shopping at QVC, I believe the best live sellers do four things well: they build trust, create engagement, tell useful product stories and remove buying barriers.
