About Phil Goodall – Business & Leadership Coach
I’m a London-based Associate Certified Coach with 30 years of experience in retail, merchandising, and commercial strategy. My career includes serving as Director of Merchandising at QVC, where I led the UK business to growth and sustained success.
I’ve also produced and directed more than 15,000 hours of live broadcast content across 15 countries, working with global brands in retail, fashion, and beauty. This experience means I understand how businesses scale, how leaders perform under pressure, and how to deliver results with clarity and confidence.
Phil supports SME leaders through mentoring connected to the Help to Grow community and alumni ecosystem.
