Goods must be New and in Original Packaging to qualify for returns and refunds.

 

Method of Refund

The refund and reimbursement methods are identical to the original form of payment utilised.

Returns method is by mail.

There are no re-stocking fees.

Refund processing time is 14 working days.

 

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Should there be any instances of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, these will be exchanged minus any associated shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs any affected goods.
